MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our
online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy
and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a
few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and
Delta. You may pay online, using our secure 128bit encrypted
server - you will see the
internationally recognised 'golden padlock' in your browser
at the payment stage to reassure you that your transaction
is secure.
You can also order online but elect
to pay by cheque or cash and print a copy to send off with
your cheque or cash(registered post only).
DELIVERY CHARGES
UK: £2.99 for each item, (by
first class royal mail or standard parcel service, depending
on package weight/bulk)
Should you require express delivery, please ask us, and we
will provide you with an 'at cost' shipping quotation.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We make every effort to send your order as soon as we can.
Most items from stock are shipped within 24 hours, and most
other items within 3-7 days. If an item is on backorder with
our suppliers, it may take slightly longer, but if it is
likely to take longer than 10 days we will always contact
you to advise you so, and of course you may cancel your
order at any point prior to despatch. We usually send items
within the UK by first class Royal Mail or standard parcel
service, depending on the size. We are happy to give
you an 'at cost' quote for express delivery if required. If
you need an item by a specific date, or need to check when
you may expect your order, please email us at

Credit/debit cards will not be debited until the items are
dispatched.
Please note that by ordering you are accepting
delivery terms and conditions of our carriers; we do
reserve the right to use any carrier of our choice. Our main

BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If
there is likely to be a delay of more than 10 days or so,
you will always be contacted with the option to cancel your
order if you would rather not wait.
SECURITY: All credit/debit card details are processed on a secure server which uses the 128 bit industry standard SSL Certificate.
When entering credit card details note the yellow
padlock in the bottom right of the Internet Explorer
window confirming that your details are being encrypted
before sending to our secure server.
RETURNS: If you are not completely satisfied with the
goods you receive you may return them unused within
7 days for a refund. We unfortunately are not able to
refund postage and packing. This will only be refunded
when goods have been incorrectly despatched by us.
PRICES: All prices include VAT at the current UK rate.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any
time due to changing conditions.

PAYMENT: You may pay by credit card, cheque or cash if
sent by registered post. If paying by cheque the goods
will be despatched as soon as the cheque has been

PRIVACY POLICY
A Rhyme In Tyme do not and will not disclose any of your
personal information to any third party, at any time, unless
required to do so by law. Cookies are used on this shopping
site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart
once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses
if the address book is used and to store your details if you
select the 'Remember Me' Option. We may store your details
in our own database, and use them to contact you with the
occasional catalogue, flyer or special offer, usually via
post or email. If you prefer not to be contacted in this
way, please email
sales@rhyme-in-tyme.co.ukwith your details and
you will be immediately removed. Data collected by this site
is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods
delivery purposes.
